Special issue, entirely devoted to the creation of a monument in honor of the famous President of the capital Stefan Starzyński and his closest associate and also deputy – Vice President Julian Spitoslaw Kulski. The city’s rulers who started the construction of Great Warsaw.
In the publication, among others, an interview with Julian S. Kulski and President Małgorzata Bogusz – about the idea and concept for the monument, why commemorating the Presidents of Greater Warsaw is so important, and about the Kulski Foundation’s projects and activities to strengthen Polish-American relations.
