Today we said goodbye to prof. Julian E. Kulski
Today, at the Field Cathedral of the Polish Army, and afterwards at the Powązki Cemetery, the funeral ceremony of the late prof. Julian Eugeniusz Kulski – the hero of the Warsaw Uprising, a professor of architecture, associate of the World Bank, a person of great merit in the development and strengthening of Polish-American cooperation – took place.
Just before the holy mass, the wife of Professor Kulski, Catharine Kulski, received prof. Kulski’s promotion medal to the rank of Colonel of the Polish Army.
During the mass, letters from the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, the Minister of National Defense Mariusz Błaszczak, the President of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski and the former President of the United States Donald Trump were read out.
“We will continue the mission of the Foundation bearing in mind Professor Kulski, his achievements and values”. Colonel, professor! We will remember you! About Your heroism, sacrifice and Your great love for the Homeland! ” – with these words the President of the Kulski Foundation, Małgorzata Bogusz said goodbye to professor Kulski.
