The report of the expert debate ?Warsaw Architecture? is now ready!

Yesterday we have finished the expert debate ?Warsaw architecture before and after the war?.

The debate addressed the issues of shaping the architecture of Warsaw, starting from the interwar period, through the occupation destruction, to the post-war landscape and the contemporary characteristics of the capital city. The discussion was intended to have comparative character, emphasizing the differences between individual architectural styles, such as modernism and socialist realism. Attention was also given to the most characteristic buildings of the city, including those that were irretrievably lost as a result of the war.
