Yesterday we have finished the expert debate “The Presidents of Great Warsaw ? the capital in the times of Starzyński and Kulski?.

The debate was dedicated to the realities of administering Warsaw in the interwar period, as well as during the occupation. The topic was raised in relation to the presidency of Stefan Starzyński and Julian Spitosław Kulski. The discussion was intended to have comparative character, emphasizing the differences between the contemporary challenges that the local government administration faces and those from the 1930s. It was also important to draw attention to the biography elements and the achievements of Stefan Starzyński and Julian Spitosław Kulski.
