This was an extraordinary evening

On 20 September, the long-awaited event “Ignacy Jan Paderewski Piano Concert along with a fashion show in the style of the 1920s and 1930s of XX century” took place at Hotel Bristol. The partners were: Vision Group, ELA PIORUN, Hotel Bristol and PGNiG SA.

Last Thursday evening, we moved with our guests to the times when Poles enjoyed the recently regained Independence. It was possible thanks to a wonderful concert, during which Krzysztof Książek, talented pianist, together with his wife Agnieszka, played works by Ignacy Jan Paderewski – an outstanding Polish artist, prime minister and minister of foreign affairs. Our event was graced by a fashion show realized by designer Ela Piorun.

Our initiative was co-financed by the Multiannual Program NIEPODLEGŁA for 2017-2021 as part of the “Niepodległa” Grant Program. The event was supported by many institutions (Georgian Embassy, Belgian Embassy, PGNiG, KPMG Poland, American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, LOT Polish Airlines, Polish Post), as well as the media partner (TVP Kultura, Telewizja Republika, PolskieRadio24.pl, DoRzeczy). Moreover, prof. dr hab. Piotr Gliński, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and National Heritage took the honorary patronage of the event.

We are glad that we had the opportunity to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Independence with the group of exceptional guests – ambassadors and representatives of embassies, representatives of public administration, representatives of the world of business, culture and friends of our Foundation.
